@julia-r: That’s a pretty name. 🙂 Yes, W.A. is very pretty, especially down in Albany. Also when it’s cooler weather and the grass is actually green. 😀 In summer it gets pretty, stinkin’ hot, and dead. And humid. And hot. XD Unfortunately we don’t get snow in the winter either, and our Christmas is in summer. 😀

For me personally, I am not someone who is sensitive to language within a novel. It only bothers me if it is used too often and without a true purpose other than to shock a reader.
