Barnes helped hold Rory up, performing efficiently, although her shoulder was still pretty torn up. She let Leo lead the way, and soon enough they were out of the tightly packed back alley and heading up the dark street toward a new area of buildings.

I’m going to start no-Gi class because everyone else wants to reconfigure the scheduling, and I don’t know how I feel about it. Last time I watched no-Gi, there were puddles of sweat on the floor. And blood.

I’ve depended too much on arm strength and I have whiplash from trying to grab my opponents. I also have really bad circulation so that isn’t any help. :’)
