@that_writer_girl_99 Black arrows. Gotta watch out for those. If you get hit by one, you lose a scale. As far as I can tell, I haven’t been hit by one. Oh, and bees. If you get stung by a bee.

@that_writer_girl_99 I would imagine the same way Smaug’s did. WHICH was never explained. Fortunately, @Dragon-Snapper is way smarter than Smaug.

@that_writer_girl_99 Elves never jump to conclusions. 😛 But yes, I’m pretty sure it works just fine on family members. Note the blood on it. (It’s a magic, Elven hammer. Doesn’t kill people.)

@ethryndal I can’t be missing a scale. I never misplace my things!

@Dragon-Snapper Or dragons, I’d imagine. Unless you’re missing a scale.

@That_writer_Girl_99 It works on people, but not elves. 😛

@Dragon-Snapper *dons Elven, fireproof cloak*

@That_writer_girl_99 *draws bow* Let’s not be hasty. XD

@Aratrea I don’t think the finality of death had ever hit her before. She was always too worried about dying for the sake of a mortal to think about it the other way round, so when ‘died’ because of her, it startled her. It was something she’d never considered.

@ethryndal As forum Head of Security I’m going to have to ask you to fix her washer. 😉 😛

@ethryndal As forum Head of Security I’m going to have to ask you to fix her washer. 😉 😛 JK

@Emma-Flournoy *facepalm* Literally four comments up from where I asked. That’s just embarrassing. XD

@that_writer_girl_99 *throws hammer at your washer* There we go. All fixed. *rains washable glitter*

@FeedingMyGoldfish Hey, thanks! I’ll take a look. I’ve looked up how to sound fiddly so many times…I’m self taught so most of my info comes from where I can find it online. But nothing I’ve read about fiddling has stuck well. I want to be able to play like a violinist and a fiddler. 😛
Specifically Irish is good. I like Irish/British style…[Read more]

@FeedingMyGoldfish Oramentation, aka grace notes. Right? Some of them at least. Those things are so fun, for violin and voice.
And you used to FIDDLE? *gasp* Please, tell me how I can make my violin sound fiddly!

@That_Writer_Girl_99 I’ll be praying for you too.

@Ethryndal Link to song…on page 21…pay attention. XD

Thanks for the prayers and congratulations everyone. Kate did awesomely, and so many people came and said afterwards, “She was singing with so much VIGOR!” 😀

@feedingmygoldfish Ah…it’s quite complicated actually. I did some minor singing for a children’s group when I was a lot younger, then for a while I didn’t do much singing. Now, I only sing with guitar. However, I have no training, and I don’t do it regularly either. But there’s a problem when I sing as a dragon. I tend to melt stuff. 😛

I shall tag the singers: @kate-flournoy @ethryndal @that_writer_girl_99 @daeus 😛
Now, the Dragon hardly sings. I know nothing about it. 😀

Oh yeah, and she could work at the arm during the day, then maybe have to work at a factory or something at night.

@moriahS If you want her to be taking part in more than just farming, which can be a lot just in itself, then there are several things I can think of from the top of my head. I know that in WWII, women often went to work in factories and other shops because most of the men went to war. They also knit socks and built things for the entire army.…[Read more]
