@ck4always Ah. Do you have a google account? If you don’t, you should really get one. If you do, you’re all set. just google “google drive”. It’s an awesome file storage system. From there, click the “new” button and select “document”. Once your document is ready, you can share it by clicking the blue “share” button in the top right of the screen.…[Read more]

@ck4always The writer’s corner is an accountability system. Say you want to write for half an hour, but you’re worried you’ll get distracted. You come on here and ask if anyone wants to write with you for half an hour. Knowing that there is someone else dedicated to staying on track for the same amount of time helps you keep from wandering off.

@Shannon Meh…sort of. XD We once downloaded a free sound-recording program but it wasn’t the best quality. It would be fun to try with good quality recording stuff sometime.

@Emily Well that’s great. About the mandolin. 😀 Good teachers are the best thing. I’m mostly self-taught with violin, so I don’t really have experience with teachers. (Except Mom, who taught me piano. She was great. 😀 ) But good teaching is the best.
And I’d imagine fiddling is fun! I like British/Irish/European style fiddling best.

@Emily NICE. I looooooooove cello; my mom wants to play that someday. And mandolin shouldn’t be too hard to learn as the notation/stringing is the same as violin.
