For me, it would have to be the selfish characters. They may not always be blatantly selfish, but I see it sneaking into fiction today through the dramatically misunderstood, rebellious, or discontent characters. I’d choose a dragon, I think. I have one in my main WIP, so it’d be great to get its perspective on whether or not I’m writing one correctly. 😛

I would say a griffon.

I suppose the myths vary on what they are like, but I’d choose a griffon because they’re rarely mentioned in any fantasy that I have read, also, they’re treasure guardians.
