@ariel-ashira Yep. I am an Aussie in Australia. NSW. So, it’s 9:20 am over here. What about you?

@filewriterbase13x Don’t think we’ve met. Hello! *shakes hand*
I’m working on my novel for Camp NaNo. It’s a dystopian novel called Eyes of the Future and I’m aiming to get 10k done today. I had scheduled doing that for tomorrow, but turns out I have to head into town.

You…probably would be interested in the kind of comics I enjoy, so…I’m not gonna say anything.

I’m actually going to leave now, sorry @SeekJustice. I’ve been writing for the best part of the day, and have managed a decent 4,819 words, but probably need to do something else for a while.
Anyways, have fun writing! *vanishes*

@rochellaine Indeed. Poor Flynn.
I don’t handle very well at all… Oh well!
Ah alrighty then. Byyyye!
@SeekJustice Hello there! You lost him??
-
J.A. Penrose replied to the topic Writers' Corner #15 in the forum General Writing Discussions 8 years ago
@rochellaine Yes well, Flynn is from another WIP, so I won’t be able to rescue him for a bit…
Egh. Fun when characters are like that. I have one at the moment who is a regular fainter. Not his fault, just unfortunate side effect of dimensional leaping. *pats poor Connor*
Good luck with Chara!

@rochellaine Haha, okay!
His logic is great, but he is lacking in experience. I’ve suffered greatly from characters refusing to talk to me because I’ve done horrible things to them, or if I’ve left them in a bad spot. *remembers Flynn* Oh dear. Speaking of which… I should check on this poor character. He may still be falling off a building…

@rochellaine And I am back.
Hmm.. well, my characters tend to complain when I do that, so yeah. I guess so.
Haha, well, y’know. We’re Aussies mate.

@rochellaine Oooh that’s exciting!
Oh dear! Poor old Uncle Bill. Help the poor fellow. Don’t want him to leave the old bloke hanging–well, not actually hanging anymore… but still!
Yeah he really is! I like him a bit because I can relate, even though a lot of the time I wish I couldn’t. But yeah. He’s really great.

As mentioned before, Calvin and Hobbes, then there’s The Adventures of Tintin by Herge, and Asterix and Obelix by Rene Goscinny and Albert Uderzo.
