sorry, I meant, say the book is fantasy. Something that would sweeten the deal for me would be an article about how she approached worldbuilding that only people who got the book could access. Or, a short nonfiction book related to reading/writing in some way. @Daeus

@dragon-snapper, What Kate said. Most people use the comments function to insert comments into a document, and then the writer gets them back and goes through the doc, implementing those ideas or not. I like to insert comments as I go, then after I’ve read the whole thing, go back and do things like character development and plot. But there is…[Read more]

Well, this isn’t really relevant to the questions, but the first page of the survey has a lot of questions. I know that if someone asks me to take a survey, and there are a lot of questions on the first page, I’ll be hesitant to actually fill the whole thing out. But you other pages have only a few questions on them, so I would just…[Read more]

@that_writer_girl_99 Hi! (I’m late. I have a knack for that.) You like Percy Jackson? I loved the first series, but the Hero’s of Olympus wasn’t that great in my opinion. Have you read the Kane Chronicles? Hope to see you around the forum! 🙂 *disappears in cloud of glitter*

He started one two weeks ago 🙂 However, it isn’t the ideal fit, so he’s still looking around. It is much better than his last job, though. 🙂

Hi, Karina! Pirates and Biblical fiction? Those are interesting subjects! What are your favorite books? Hopefully you’ll be able to be around the forum more this time. 🙂 -

this was a quick sketch, so nothing fancy. I still can’t get her eyes right. *sigh*
Okay, let’s see if the picture goes.

@Daeus, I’m terribly honored. That’s really pretty good for not drawing in a while! I can definitely see a bit of my character Daeus there 😉
Side note: yes, I agree, it does feel good to be a villain. My writer friend made a villain named after and based after me. (slightly worrying, but also slightly cool…)

@dragon-snapper, lol. I didn’t really think when I chose the name. 😛

And villains…
I have one named Daeus (no, not after @Daeus… just liked the name from somewhere else… ahem.)
Anyhoo, he’s about 30, short brown hair, piercing blue eyes, a friendly smile, and a hard jaw. He’s from the future, and is trying to take over a fantasy world. He is a bit of a pyromaniac. (well, more than just a bit.)aaannd,…[Read more]
