@sleepwalkingmk Will you be here in about two hours? That should be ten o’clock where you live, right? I’m usually here for a while around that time.

@sleepwalkingmk You mean for how long will I be here, writing? I am not sure. It mostly depends on when I get called for lunch, which could be in five minutes, or a half hour. 😀 I’m usually on for longer later in the day. What time zone are you in?

@sleepwalkingmk A short story that I started a long time ago and just rediscovered. 🙂 I’m hoping to actually finish it this time before I forget about it again!

@daughteroftheking Oh, thank you! I didn’t come up with that by myself, though. Yesterday one of our friends told a really funny story about how she was playing a game where she tried to draw something with her eyes blindfolded, only to realize when she finished that there had been no ink in her pen, so she hadn’t drawn anything at all! I th…[Read more]

@sleepwalkingmk Oh, thank you! And I’m glad you liked those two, because they’re the ones I made up myself. The middle two I got ideas for from conversations I listened to yesterday. 😀
I can do imagery? That’s a new one. 🙂
Haha! I get a really cool picture when I imagine the last one. I’d love to see the person described like that.

Rochellaine replied to the topic Book Titles! in the forum General Writing Discussions 8 years, 3 months ago
@sleepwalkingmk Great idea! I was actually planning to mention somewhere something my sister and I were talking about the other day, and here seems like a good place to do that. We were discussing the fact that the more flashy the title, the more trashy the book. 🙂
Usually it seems a good book’s title is simple and poignant, while a book by a…[Read more]

A few more prompts:
They had thought it was anger – that icy stare that might have frozen molten lava – but it wasn’t. It was fear.
“Always make sure there is ink in your pen before you allow yourself to be blindfolded.”
“Good news!”
“What?”
“You don’t have to die today!”She was an entourage in and of herself.

@ingridrd Sure, I want it! 😀
“The last time I was here, I waited for her; but now I no longer wait, for HE is with me.”
How do you like that?
And, since you haven’t been tagged yet, I’ll give you a prompt:

Have fun!

@kaya-young yes Esther was wise about how she handled things.
This song is awesome! Thanks for sharing it! 😄
@rochellaine hmm, that is a thought…… Maybe everyone did just dislike Haman.

@filewriterbase13x Hello and welcome!!! I write sci-fi too! And contemporary fiction and his-fic. (Yeah, I’m one of the only two or three people here who don’t do fantasy. 😮 ;D ) What type of sci-fi do you write? Do you watch any sci-fi shows like Star Trek or Stargate SG-1?
What’s your favorite historical period?

@daughteroftheking @sleepwalkingmk I actually think that plan for robbing the museum might work! Wouldn’t the guards just think you were making fun of them and not take you seriously?

@kaya-young Yes, Esther did do a really good job with her diplomatic way of saying, “You know, husband dear, someone plans to kill me and my family.” 😀 I wonder if Haman knew she was a Jew? It doesn’t seem like it, right, since she didn’t tell anyone she was? Imagine his horror upon finding out: “Wow. I really blew that one.” :)…[Read more]

@pickupyourpenandwrite @singforjoy Awesome! Tell me a bit about yourselves 😉
@sleepwalkingmk Well, as it turns out, the prologue is actually a dud. I ended up writing Jenna’s GIF-hiding story instead. But thank you! XD
And yes! I’ll fit you in eventually. Describe yourself 🙂
