Oops, forgot to answer this XXD
I’m pretty good! My grandparents are visiting, so that’s been nice. Writing has been going really good the past few days and is sort of slowing down today (and yesterday) because I’m annoyed with my plot again, but hopefully I’ll be able to figure it out soon.
It’s kind of weird, because my…[Read more]

Nah don’t worry about it, lol.
That’s great! What kind of classes are you taking? (Is this college, or what?)
Ooh, awesome! Is your book going to be a series, or just have like a scene at the end of when they’re older? Yeah, I get that a little bit, too. Makes sense!
Oooh yum XXD
Oh awesome! Happy early birthday!! XD Mine…[Read more]

No lol, it’s not working for me either. But then again profile pictures have been glitchy in the past so hopefully it’ll get fixed soon. I can see Euodia’s picture but no one else’s right now.

Of course! 🥰
I felt super embarrassed when I realized how long my rant was… XD
XD don’t worry about it, I know it helps so much just to be able to talk to other people and get it out, and I know you’re going through a lot right now so that just made me realize how much, I guess. And everyone rants on here about everything, x…[Read more]

Hi! Welcome to kingdom pen!!
I’m hybridlore, a Christian homeschooler, violinist, and science fiction/dystopian writer (most of the time).
Awesome that you’re @highscribeofaetherium‘s sister! My sister joined a while ago but she kind of disappeared from here, lol.
I’ve been writing for almost 5 years. Despite that, I haven’t ever compl…

Hi!! Welcome to Kingdom Pen!
I’m a Christian teenage girl, violinist, writer and homeschooler who loves reading, science fiction, and apple pie lol. Your WIP sounds cool, I would love to hear more about it!
Some newbie questions for you!
What are your favorite books/series?
What’s your personality type?
What’s your favorite…[Read more]

Y’all I reached 10,000 words on my WIP!! I know it’s not much, but it’s the farthest I’ve ever been into a story lol.
-
Good job!! I actually just reached that same goal on mine also! What is your WIP about?
-
Awesome!! Sorry, notifications have been weird for me lately. When you post something – even if I’ve already seen it – it emails me a few days later.
Thanks! Congratulations on yours too!
Well, lemme just say that I’m slowly figuring out the plot right now xD So I have a couple chapter written, and then I don’t really know what’s going to happen…[Read more]

Ohh, okay, I’ve heard of that one! Yep, I pretty much started on Suzuki, and it goes WAY up lol so I’ll be doing it for a while. That’s awesome! I’ve actually never played other instruments (except for a tiny bit of piano, but that was on my own, using youtube xD) so I had to learn note-reading and everything else. Have you learned to…[Read more] -

Uggh KP just ate my post 🙄
Sorry this took me so long! I just remembered when esther replied to it, lol
Thanks! Yeah, I definitely want to show that but I’m not really sure how, tbh. Any ideas on scenes that could maybe help the reader get into her mind a little, if that makes sense, so that the change from beginning to end…[Read more]

Right yeah 😅🤣 They’re just characterly songs. What are your favorite artists?

Yeah, I like Suzuki! It’s helped me improve a lot. Nice! What program have you been using?
-
How’s writing been for you?

I used a program called Essential Elements. But I, for lack of a better word, “outgrew” it, if you will. I’m already a strong note reader because I’ve played piano for a while, so learning violin for me is just a matter of fingerings and all the other stuff.
Writing is… slow. Really slow. XD I haven’t been purposely taking the time to write an…[Read more]
