@rochellaine, I knew they were similar, but not they were the same. I have to say, I was a bit confused when you said Ashley died in book 4 but I just translated it as journal four. (each part in Robot Wars is called Journal 1, 2,  3, etc.) But I guess for y’all it was actually book 4

I have noticed that. I love it when the futuristic books are realistic with what might happen. Especially when they are only set a few years into the future.

@rochellaine, I’ve read them, and love them. I kinda claimed the family copy of book one for myself since I own the rest of the series. 🙂

I actually based this book idea on a mixture of those books and Ender’s Game. (just saying, I don’t really like the ender’s game book or movie but the movie provided some cool visual ideas).
