@emily It’s not really a competition. It’s mainly just so people will get in the habit of drawing for fun more often. I like to describe it as the artist’s version of NaNoWriMo.

@salome01w4g yikes. D: I’m glad everything worked out.

@emily It’s basically a huge drawing challenge where thousands of artists draw an ink sketch every day for the month of Oct.

*dumps past three days of art* Yesterday was my birthday and I spent it at Disney which is why the Mickey and Minnie and Wendell Berry is also clearly fueling me with inspiration this Inktober.

@jess-penrose this looks like a very solid idea. However, the one thing that’s sticking out to me is that you have no plot twists. There are no reveals— no changing of the scene or forcing existing scenes to be viewed in different lights.

I may or may not actually have half a dozen scenarios worked up in my head about how his redemption arc could go… and how the moviemakers could ruin it. *scowls*
