Well, first of all, the emotions are fantastic. Dallan is wonderful bad guy. This is really well done. I only have four small points to make.

Children of memory sounds good. I don’t think someone who has never read your books would know what it means though. It could mean a lot of things.

Generations of remembrance doesn’t sound right. Tales of remembrance would work though.

What do you guys think of ‘Children of Memory’ or ‘Generations of Remembrance’? Nothing’s final— I’m still working, but I want your opinion.

Hahaha! My siblings are tough ones. They found literally every jump-rope in the house and wrapped them all ’round and around me until I looked like some sort of… mummy or something. It took me about seven minutes to wriggle free. I’m afraid I fail as Samson. 😉

The Hobby Monster, a thriller.

I could see that actually.

It would be best if the story had several points of view so we could see everybody being terrified of the hobby monster and trying to figure out who he is. Meanwhile, we can see him thinking himself as doing the only good thing someone in his position can do and draw pity on him.

You know you’re a writer when you let your little siblings tie you hand and foot to a dining chair ‘just so you can know what it feels like’.

Yes, that’s an excellent one. I don’t think it’s used much unless to make a quick pithy moral either. That could make a great theme though.
