I’ve never used it, but I’ve heard of it. My impression is that it is a reputable company. That doesn’t mean it is the right one for you though.

Personally, I favor a backstage narrator voice, but if done well, it can have good effect. If you have a front stage narrator voice, you should go with Mr. and Mrs. or call them by their first names, or say “MC’s mom/dad”.

Anything really. Sometimes we ask for critiques. I just did a random survey on speed reading. We talk a lot about how to write better (characters, sentences, plots, etc.). We steal genius. We chat. Sometimes we play games. Really, do almost whatever you want.

*cringe* Research. Yep, I’m afraid so. If you can get a good idea of what historical figures were really like, you can weave ’em in much better and actually hit pretty near the mark.
