Here’s another question for y’all. Do you think I should change the scarlet font to a different color? I think that might do a lot to give it a more historical action, less murder story feel. If so, any suggestions? Gold maybe?

Yes, now that you mention it the name probably should be bigger. Not huge, but bigger than it is. @kate-flournoy Ah, good. The sword and axe was the main thing I wanted an opinion on. Also, it just came to my mind that the name might actually look better a little larger. I normally like them small, but I feel like a small increase would give it a more balanced feel. You think that’s right?

So here’s a question, I showed the cover to my mom and she got quite a different impression than I did. I felt like it gave the story a more historical action feel, whereas she thought it gave the cover a cheap murder story feel. @Daeus I love it. Nothing really to complain of that I can see. I do think the picture of the man is a little fuzzy, but that may be just the distraction of all the watermarks and such on the cover. I love the crossed axe and sword. Overall, I find it very eye-catching and engaging.

@Daeus too fancy, and the swirls make them too big. Fix that, and you should be able to bump the subtitle up so it’s not so close to his head and you should be good all around.

@Daeus heyyyy, I actually really like that. There’s a lot more for the brain to process there; it’s vastly more interesting.
