@I-J-Anderson *ravenously adopts it*
She looks unusually pensive in that picture, but I can totally see Taren there. I love it. And let me just say— the white pencil (or is it chalk?) on dark paper? GORGEOUS. That takes talent and I applaud you. It gives the picture so much more character. -

1: Braeden. Idealistic spy for the bad guys. EiL: that humanity is a mess, but can be saved and is worth saving. Since the villains seem to be the only ones who acknowledge that humanity is a mess, duh, obviously he would work for them. Incidentally, he gets killed— by Eldred— about halfway through the book, to keep information safe, but also…[Read more]

If you say it’s Taren I’m going to totally flip because that is literally almost identical.

NOW I CAN SEE IT.

@dragon-snapper, that’s the hardest question you’ve asked me so far! I love the whole Bible, it’s hard for me to say which book is my favorite, you know what I mean? 😀 Are you memorizing any passages?

Daeus replied to the topic Spring Writing/Reading Goals in the forum General Writing Discussions 9 years, 5 months ago
@dragon-snapper Well, I’ve graduated from highschool and I’m not in college and I’m not doing many activities. That should explain a lot. 😉
As for reading, I read from 9-11pm every night.

You know what, I don’t need to set goals because I always read a lot. -

Kate Flournoy replied to the topic Writing Sci-Fi in the forum Sci-Fi 9 years, 5 months ago
@Dragon-Snapper whew… I haven’t written scifi yet, though I’ve got one in the works. And… quite honestly, most of my inspiration for the actual science-y stuff came from studying physical science in my schoolwork. Like… the nature of time. And space. And how gravity is a result of those two, bent. And how stars work… and what gases do what…[Read more]

Finish the second draft of my WIP, run through it one more time, and send it out to beta readers. Also write a novella. (Yes. The same novella I put int the Fall and Winter Writing Goals. *weak chuckle*)

@overcomer Ha! That part about the opposite shoes…
Ok, so as for your questions/idea, I’d say I don’t think so for first two, but yes for the second two, especially the last one, because, while after I got what you were doing I thought the ending was funny, it confused me at first. Showing how the characters developed would be helpful for…[Read more]
