@jane-maree Wow! You say Australia as that? I would say it as Awe-stray-lee-uh.
Actually, the way you pronounce things without an ‘r’ reminds me of a New York accent.
@shannon I suppose there are those. 😛 -

@shannon Well, it’s exceedingly complicated. Best explanation I can give you is the title and genre. It’s a science fiction story kinda like Tron: Legacy and Star Wars and Star Trek mixed together called Sector One.

@graciegirl I’m not sure if I’m the best person to give advice on this subject since I don’t write allegories, but here are some of my thoughts. I personally think when a person/figure represents Christ they should be flawless like He was, mainly because it might give people the mistaken notion that He wasn’t perfect. @JosiahDeBoer Ohhh! I see. Well, @DaughteroftheKing has got you pretty much covered then. XD The only thing I can think to add is the Writers’ Corner, but I think you already saw that. Oh, and there’s a thread here where we all share any writerly opportunities we hear about. But that’s all I can think of. 🙂

Oh, favorite books. Zikers, that question should be banned or somethin’. XD So hard to choose!!
The Hobbit and The Lord of the Rings by J. R. R. Tolkien, of course. The Complete Sherlock Holmes by Sir Arthur Conan Doyle, a lot of Jane Austen’s novels, The Little White Horse by Elizabeth Goudge and The Man Who…[Read more] -

@Shannon Well, er, honestly? XD The only things that come to mind are the Texans football team’s symbol-thingy and this historical fiction book I read about the Dust Bowl when I was younger.(Although I think the Dust Bowl was actually more in New Mexico….? I honestly don’t know. XD) Oh, and heat, lotsa heat. 😛

@shannon Everything’s bigger in? 😉 XD
Big hats, big belt buckles, big accents (well, not big, but thick) Uhm… I don’t generally think cowboys, but I like the idea 😉 I also think of Roy Rogers and Dale Evans on the Muppet Show, and Dale singing Deep in the Heart of Texas 😀
*goes to listen to it now*
