I guess so? But you’d probably have to go to a health food store, or there might be some in the health food section of the supermarket, I don’t know.
Do you have ham and pineapple pizza? Maybe that’s just an Australian thing.
What about pineapple? Do you have that on burgers? Haha, my dad likes talking about once when he was r…[Read more]

😀 I actually say goodness gracious a lot, but I only ever say it the other way around if I’m trying to make people laugh 😛
I don’t think I’ve ever heard of it. Herbal teas have never been very popular here and its only in more recent years that we’ve been able to buy a variety in mainstream stores. I tend to drink chamomile, or…[Read more]

(Gracious goodness, I just tagged myself :P)
I’m procrsastinating on writing a character personality sheet thing. And drinking green tea. Do you like green tea? Or any kind of tea? I think this is a topic we haven’t broached yet.

Hello!

Yilla: she’d do it without really thinking, as its just her principal to speak up against things she sees as unjust or simply not productive. Courageous: it would take a lot and he would need to feel a lot of passion and/or anger. High-Praise would have to feel a lot of compassion and agree that the person being defended was in the…[Read more]

I imagine Yilla had in mind a quiet life, getting married, having children and doing all the other things expected of her. Courageous wasn’t imagining anything other than Not King. High-Praise was going for flattery, admiration from all the world and a rather sugary sweet romance.
None of them really got what they wanted.
Do your…[Read more]

Who would your character trust with their deepest secret?
-
SeekJustice replied to the topic Writers' Corner #20 in the forum General Writing Discussions 7 years, 6 months ago
Of course they would 😛
High-Praise’s father is dead and she never knew him, but she loves her mother’s wisdom. The thing she hates would be the fact that her mother sold her off as a child bride. Which would probably be a relationship dampener for anyone.
Yilla loves her father and stepmother’s love for each other and their family. She…[Read more]

😀 Yilla would be one of those super practical people whose email address is YillaGaegonal. Courageous would stay well away from the internet and High-Praise would go with TheMostAwesomeQueen or something like that.
What is your characters favourite type of chocolate?

What would your characters be like if they had made a different decision at a major turning point in their lives?
-
SeekJustice replied to the topic Writers' Corner #20 in the forum General Writing Discussions 7 years, 6 months ago
Oh, interesting. I think Yilla would fear losing her family the most, as much of what she does is to protect them. I think Courageous fears losing just about everything so its hard to say what he fears most. High-Praise would start off fearing losing her position and privilege and finishes off fearing losing her children.

Ensuring it sounds even more ominous.
Ah, yes. Where would your character like to be in five years?

I don’t imagine so. Revolutionaries don’t tend to put their disposed kings in luxury prisons.
Well, its true that I have a general abhorrence for royalty, but he sounds quite interesting, and I do admire the fact that he kicks his brothers onto the street.
I’m not sure if I should admire that, but I do.
The question was open to…[Read more]

A relaxing soak with your phone?
Unfortunately for Courageous, he ends up as a homeless commoner anyway. Though he isn’t technically homeless, since he at least gets to live in prison.
I like this character of yours, though it seems like you can’t win with him.
Ah, sorry. I was distracted by suggested wordcounts for YA, and by w…[Read more]

But I’m not sure I see the point of going to the pool if you’re going to spend all your time on the net 😛
Well, we could argue about that till the cows come home. But at least homeless commoners don’t have to make royal addresses 😀

WHAT????
Bye 🙂
Ooh, a swim sounds lovely. I haven’t been swimming in ages.
Being king keeps Courageous up at night. I don’t know what would keep Yilla up at night but it would have to be something very, very terrible. Homesickness and/or loneliness would keep High-Praise awake.
Shu Juqing sounds quite interesting. And I…[Read more]

I’ve heard we’re the only country that eats the animals on its coat of arms, seeing as we also eat emu on occasion. I’m not sure if that’s true or not, but seeing as Britain has a unicorn and lion on their coat of arms, I believe it 😉
Hmm…I think I did this in my blog post the other day. Courageous would be “Courageous” because I…[Read more]

It’s a great traditional delicacy and was particularly popular before the colonisation
I don’t know if Yilla is charismatic enough to do really well at running fot president, but if she did she’d be a great president. Courageous and High-Praise wouldn’t get far at all, which is unfortunate, seeing as they actually are…[Read more]

I like that answer 🙂 Does this Crown prince have a name?
High-Praise: chocolate. Courageous: Vegetables? Yilla: kangaroo.
