Yes! Great thoughts! Ah how different our world would be (will be). Just think how many Christian websites would be flagged or blocked. Or how I wouldn’t really even use the internet for much anymore since they could probably track everything I say or whatever sites I visit. *shivers* basically like Kate said,…[Read more] -

Hey guys. The final draft of Aquila is still a ways away from being finished, but it’s getting there. I was thinking, though. At first I was leaving this story “religiously” neutral, but I think, reviewing some of the lore behind this (which I would love to provide, if you’d like :D), that there is actually room for God and Christ in this story.…[Read more]

Hey, guys! It’s 2017 over here in Australia – I know it’ll still be last year for some of you, but I still want to say
Happy New Year, Kingdom Pen! 😀
This is a whole new year for us young, Christian writers to write for the glory of God. A whole new year full of unexplored ideas, inspiration and experiences. A whole new year for us to receive…[Read more]

@Emma-Flournoy the ‘a deep uncertainty’ is after an ‘and’ so it doesn’t really matter.

Ok. Watcha think? @kate-flournoy @emma-flournoy
Matthew is sworn to avenge a murder. His dedication to his wronged family is powerful enough to bring him through any trial, but youth and inexperience hold him back. Setting out to find new strength, he plummets into a webs of tangled plots, tragedies, and a deep uncertainty surrounding his…[Read more]

WELL SOME OTHER WORD FOR WAR-ZONE! XD Web. Net. Trap. Confusion. Desolation.
Because plummets is a singular action that does not match up with the plural of tangled plots.

@Emma-Flournoy *winces* Subtlety is a virtue, my dear. And if it isn’t it should be.
And I like the font as it is. That’s one of my favorite fonts. If popular vote demands I suggest another I shall do my best, but I really don’t think the font needs to be changed.

@Daeus you poor thing. @Emma-Flournoy we are sticklers for grammatical excellence around here. *glowers*
*sighs**rubs eyes* Okay. How about this. How about we play politicians here and work out a compromise. Is there some way you could make it grammatically correct to use both plummets and tangled plots? You’d need a transition of a few words—…[Read more]

Thanks everybody! Great comments.
@winter-rose @emma-flournoy I think the main problem with the font is definitely the color, though I think you might be right in saying the font could be better too.
So if you were to choose a different font, what would it look like?

Hello everybody,
I’m working on getting a book cover designed at the moment, and I wanted to see what your thoughts were on it. My personal thoughts at the moment are that I’d like the font to be richer, somewhat goldish though also with a bit of brownish-copper. I’m also thinking of having my name be the same color. My other thought is that I’d…[Read more]

@emma-flournoy @sarah-h @rolena-hatfield @sierra-r @kate-flournoy @jess Thank you all for praying! If you could just keep it up a little longer, it would be much appreciated. I think it’s so amazing that people here pray for each other even though they’ve never actually met in person. It makes you think about how big God really is, that He can…[Read more]
