My personal opinion is that they are spam followers, since they don’t usually come up on the lists of your followers, as you noticed. Basically, I think they’re robots and i usually just ignore them. 🙂

Do you get a lot of WordPress followers that are from @outlook.com? What do you make of them? Because I think I have like 20 of them now, but WordPress often doesn’t recognize them as followers.
