@clairec 😀 That’s cool. I like reading historical fiction… but I’ve never actually written it. Which, actually, doesn’t make sense, because I read a lot of history. I just like writing fantasy.

@radically-surrendered yes, I live in Australia! it’s pretty amazing here, @jane-maree @clairec @perfectfifths are all Aussie too, and there are a few more floating around. I love other countries too, and it’d be fascinating to visit Mexico one day. 😀

@clairec You just blew my mind. I live in the northern hemisphere, and I knew the seasons were flipped in the southern hemisphere, but I didn’t make the connection that this meant you consider December as summer, and July as wintertime. It’s just starting to get cold here.

@clairec My novels usually run around 80,000, even though I am late. But of course, 50,000 to 100,000 plus is fine too. An author said to me once that the word count doesn’t matter too much though, it’s the story that counts.
