@Kate-Flournoy WAIT, HOW DID I NOT KNOW DUNSTAN GETS HIS OWN BOOK? That’s cool.
And honestly, Victorious doesn’t bother me too much. Granted, it’s not the kind of title that smacks you in the heart, but neither is it grating, like, say, Finding Freedom! or something horribly cliche like that. If you do end up keeping that title, I wouldn’t…[Read more]

Oh dear. Titles.
Um….
Here are some brainstorms:
‘Accused’
‘Trial’
‘Justifiable’
‘Warlaw…’ (insert Loki facepalm here)
What kind of title are you going for?

I’m not really sure what you want me to say here, so…
Honestly, I think in a long series, like yours seems to be, simple, one-word titles are best. That way, they can be remembered more easily. I think Victorious is a good name, but some of the ones @dekreel mentioned would work. It’s your choice, but I think going with a one-word title would be best.

@ingridrd Avengers! First person is Captain America, and the second is Iron Man. 😀
Here’s a quote: “Pain, love it.”

Hey, KeePers. I know I keep popping on and off very randomly, and I do hope sometime to be able to get back to a more regular presence, but for now this’ll have to do. 😛
I have a question for you guys. See, I have this book. I wrote it when I was fourteen and it’s due for a serious rewrite. That part is all under control.
But I’m having a bit…[Read more]

@shannon Wow, that’s hard, but I feel like I should know it! 😛 I keep thinking Stitch from Lilo and Stitch, but I know it’s not him.

@shannon Yeeeahh. That’s the problem about pansting. Along with a lot of other things…but it can be fun! There is funness to it… 😀
And I’m signing out now, having managed to write an extremely impressive 98 words.

@perfectfifths Completely random guess, probably wrong, but is it the Polar Express?

@shannon Pansting is fun–ah those good old days with no plot whatsoever. *contended and at the same time scared sigh*
And I’m writing my current novel, a futuristic utopian. Maybe I entioned this before, but the first ten chapters are never easy for me. It’ll get easier but I have to find my groove first.

@daughteroftheking Have fun hibernating. 😉 And yes, I am! I’m about 12% of the way through (according to Goodreads 😛 ).
@jane-maree You have had to write at least 5,000 words day! I applaud you! *applauds* 😉

*Can’t remember if there was a new quote given so gives one herself*
“Are you a ghost?”
“No. Are you?”Could be slightly off, but that’s how I remember it. It’s been years since I’ve seen this movie. 🙂

@shannon Well, I was just about to quit for tonight, but I’ll stay if you’re here. Company is nice when writing is not cooperating. 😀 Whatcha up to?

@supermonkey42 I actually just beta read a novel where it was like this: the MC’s scenes in first person, and then other scenes in 3rd person. It rolled along fine and was very intriguing. So long as the reader knows who’s who, I’d say go for it 🙂
