@rochellaine Thank you so much for those comments! I made a few wording changes and added the breaks. (plus fixed a few typos I missed the other times I tried rereading) 🙂
And you’re right. She’s not disapproving the bribe. She’s just pointing out a bit of irony. I added a sentence that’ll hopefully make that a wee bit more clear. Plus, it adds…[Read more]

@rochellaine @salome01w4g I love the Boy Colonel, as well as the other two. XD. I think Chester might be my favorite though. And Edmund. Wow. I think he deserves a high ranking. *cries* Especially that ending.

@rochellaine I think this new link will work. If not, let me know and I’ll try a different link.

@daeus Absolutely. One of my goals is to become published. And I am vigorously trying to get contracted before college.

@rochellaine I made some changes that hopefully fixed the head-hopping problem. Could you take a look and tell me what you think?

@daeus I would very much like to reach thousands of readers with my books. But if I don’t, then it’s not the end of the world and I will be happy with those I did reach.

@ashlyvye That sounds kinda similar to what I do. I have the beginning, the ending, and a few key scenes in the middle planned out…in my head (I should probably write them down). And I just let it go from there. A few times I have been inspired to write a particular scene out of sequence and I just input it into the story at a later date.

@ashlyvye I’ve read all of A Wrinkle in Time multiple times. I’ve read the entire series, which there are actually four books, but the fourth one isn’t talked about all that often (it is interesting, but not as engaging as the others in my opinion). Out of all of them, I have to say that A Swiftly Tilting Planet is my favorite in the series. I…[Read more]

@ashlyvye Yeah, I know it’s everywhere…
Right, I listen to a lot of Christian music, too. But my favorite thing right now to listen to is instrumental music. Especially new age music.
I love TobyMac! He’s one of my favorite singers! Which is your favorite album? Mine is This is Not a Test. Have you ever listened to Switchfoot or…[Read more]

@ashlyvye Well, usually I like reading mystery and action and adventure stories: Nancy Drew, Kingdom’s Dawn, Raiders From the Sea, A Wrinkle in Time. Usually, I’m not big on reading historical fiction, but the latest two books I’m reading are historical fiction and they are really good…in my opinion. 🙂

@ashlyvye Heyo! You can call me Skredder or you can call me Taylor. Technically, they are the same thing. Skredder means “tailor” in Norse, and that’s what Taylor means. So, either one I guess. 🙂

Well, for me, it’s price… I don’t have a job yet and there are other things I need to be able to pay for…
But also, it’s mainly that you’ve already helped me so much with show don’t tell just by working with me on my book. 😛 So… there’s not much demand on the Snapper side of things. (Unless you were to beta-read all my books. Lol)

@ashlyvye Welcome, welcome, welcome! It’s great to have you aboard!
I really like how you said that you “dig up time to write anyway.” That’s just a really cool way to say and think about.
So, what are your writing projects? What is your favorite genre to write in?
