@shannon  Oui, this is my first year of French.  It’s fun, but I’m SUPER nervous for my oral exam tomorrow.

I have four siblings and I’m the second oldest.  How about you?

@daughteroftheking  I guess you could say the “multitasking skill” is a blessing and a curse.  Because a lot of times I’m not really focused on doing each thing…😜

@shannon and @daughteroftheking  I’m writing/babysitting siblings/studying for a French oral exam tomorrow.  My life…*shakes head*

@shannon  Ooooh, pretty!  Ummm…here are a few ideas:  Beads of Hope, Legend Jewelry (don’t know where that one came from 😝), Fairytale Accessories (copying @daughteroftheking‘s idea)…and that’s all I got.  Hope this helps!

@anne-of-lothlorien  Oh, praise the Lord!  Still praying, friend.  🙂

I was inspired by @aislinn-mollisong…so I wrote this poem! Le voilà.

Far and away when the wind blows west
and the sea is green and the light shines best
And the grey rocks gleam in a white sunbeam
This, this is best.

When the crystal shines in the golden halls
and the deep pool catches darkling falls
And the wren-bird sings and the whole…[Read more]

Didn’t know where to put this, so…VOILÀ!

Anyone who can answer…@daeus @aratrea @kateflournoy
What is the six-word story contest? I got an email about it, but it doesn’t exactly explain what it is. 😁

@sam-kowal  Ah, yes.  A dragon.  Good choice.   That’s so funny, my dad read LOTR to us kids so many years ago and I’ve loved it ever since.  And I agree that Percy Jackson were fun books, but definitely not as deep as HP or LOTR.  🙂

Very nice indeed.  🙂

@dragongeek  *wilts into chair*  My apologies.  P-please don’t turn me into anythin’…unnatural.

Hello, @sam-kowal and Stan the dragon!  I’m Ingrid. 🙂

Oooo, fantasy!  *virtual high five*  I like this question so I’ll ask it: if you could be anything other than a human, what would you be?

My favorite books include (but are not limited to) the Harry Potter series, LOTR, and Percy Jackson and the Oympians.  I have so many favorites tho…[Read more]

@daeus  Ah, there we go.  Nice job.  🙂

Thanks! @daughteroftheking

@dragongeek YAY!!!!

And, as Iliara already said, the Aetherlight is not free. But it is so worth every penny!

It could have been abandoned by the original population for a relatively harmless and simple reason, such as:

1. It was quickly built to house workers brought in to collect valuable resources, and when the resources ran out, the people moved on.

2. There was a natural disaster, such as a massive tornado, hurricane, or earthquake, which destroyed…[Read more]

@silverclaw-bonnetfolly *ahem* If you’ve noticed, I’m the only one actually tripping on them. My rocks, my problem. *smirks*

@salome01w4g @christi-Eaton @daughteroftheking Thank you! Trust me, I have a whole BOATLOAD of stuff that I may dump on you randomly someday… *walks off whistling*

and @daughteroftheking that hummingbird is SOO pretty! And I like the hand. 😀

Eagle of the Ninth is one I will eternally recommend. 😉

Also, Ranger’s Apprentice. It’s not really fantasy.

Sherwood Ring (This is a romance, but not a Christian one, but I don’t think there were any problems with it. Mostly it’s a hilarious, exciting mystery involving Revolutionary War-era ghosts.)

Hi @sam-kowal! Welcome to Kingdom Pen! (I just joined myself!) Don’t worry, you won’t be a bumbling henchman for long. Currently I’m a …wise jester?

Well, that’s accurate. 😄 Anyway, welcome and don’t be afraid to ask questions! Most of the people on here don’t bite. 😉

I’m writing a romance…I’m not sure if I’m following the rules, @daeus. But it’s going ok in my brain. So. YEAH.

#PANTSING!

*sighs* Why am I always late?

@dragongeek First, I love your tag.  Second, you sound pretty fantastic.  Third, if you could be anything other than a human (assuming you are one of course), what would you be?
