Lucy had to choke down a snort. She took the piano lid and pulled. It was heavy but had no hinges. It fell off with a thunderous boom. She scampered back, lost her balance, and sat down suddenly. Dust rose and she let out two sharp sneezes.

My prose is weird lol. I kept it in my style (sorta like my fanfic) but I also wanted to inject a bit of the style from books I like.

I think it’s safe to say this is a weird place and there can be weird random objects scattered within. Maybe that says something about the labyrinth masters, not so much the piano itself.

The best way to introduce the characters to each other might be when they sit down to eat. Not talking for an entire feast would be pretty awkward
