Great point! The math behind it is most definitely there, with patterns that can easily be analyzed in most cases. And I personally regard math as magical in its own way, though just in a different way from music. I was thinking the same thing actually. They’re both pretty short, so perhaps you could add a chapter break, but even that isn’t necessary. I know why you did it, in order to have the chapter end on a good emotional climax, so I’d say you can do it either way, but it can still function as one whole scene.

I like this chapter as well! So for some reason I thought that the Andromedans were not aware of Earth, but if they are, and even know some random facts about it’s current modern day, including some sayings, then Fit as a Fiddle could become a common saying there.
