@bluejay I am going to see it in two weeks! The art museum has an outdoor theater for free! I didn’t love the animated one, but it was good. (I don’t care for singing)
@jess They kinda sing in the acted out one, but not a lot. 🙂 You have got to tell me what you think when you have watched it.
@bluejay and @jess, the live-action Jungle Book is amazing! See, I grew up on the animated one. It was literally the first feature-length film I ever saw, and I used to pretend I was “the girl” (you know, the one who was carrying water at the end of the movie) and make my mom be Baloo or Mowgli. Keep in mind that this was a long time ago. I was, like, twelve. (Just kidding. I was three.) So I’m very much in favor of the animated one, but the live-action is pretty sweet, too. I hear they’re working on a second one.

Okay, seriously now… I dare you to write a story about an unusual Geo-cashing experience. You can have lots of fun with this one… it could be time traveling, kidnapping *winces at the very real possibility with that one*, a portal to another land, just something crazy like that. Oh yes, and you have to include a dog with a grin like the Cheshire Cat. *illustrates grin*

Write a kid who goes to school one day and finds that the pages of his textbook have started to come to life. Don’t know if that’s very good, but that’s the best I can do right now… 😉I will take @corissa-maiden-of-praise ‘s serious dare, and @greta ‘s. I’ll post them on the Writing Dare results thread soon.
