September 8, 2016 at 9:02 pm #17032Howdy friends. I did some editing on five chapters, which isn’t actually that crazy because I was just correcting some things a beta reader pointed out, but I feel pretty good about it still.
@dragon-snapper What I tend to do with writer’s block is take the block outside with a pocket knife and carve the block into a dragon shape. Try it out.🐢🐢🐢🐢🐢🐢🐢🐢🐢🐢🐢🐢🐢🐢🐢🐢🐢🐢🐢🐢🐢🐢
September 8, 2016 at 9:05 pm #17033September 8, 2016 at 9:10 pm #17035Very funny @daeus … 😛 Unfortunately, dragons don’t keep pocket knives or wooden blocks. Our talons are our knives and wooden blocks are usually used for fire-breathing target practice…any other suggestions???
On note of writer’s block, I did terribly…I wrote a grand total of one sentence and ended up deleting 2,500 because I really, really didn’t like them…(and they aren’t really deleted, but they are saved on a different document) So yeah, I made about -10% progress…brilliant. *melts chairs out of frustration, as well as the phone* *eats ice cream, feels a little better* *takes everyone else’s ice cream and eats it, still frustrated* *melts everything*☀ ☀ ☀ ENFP ☀ ☀ ☀
September 8, 2016 at 9:16 pm #17038@dragon-snapper WHAT!!!!!!???????????!!!!!!!!!!!! I didn’t write anything, but I didn’t throw a fit. You need to take a few of my B-calm tablets. (I’m sure I’ve mentioned them before) Oh, yes. When everyone was having untimely deaths. *shakes head sadly and starts to repair the damaged chairs and phones*
September 8, 2016 at 9:21 pm #17039September 8, 2016 at 9:27 pm #17041@dragon-snapper Now, now toothless…hahaha.
Hahahahahahahahahahahahaha. I totally love that. Maybe not the Vitamin A-nger. But chocolate is suppose to be good for depression. 🙂 here: ?????????????September 8, 2016 at 10:26 pm #17042Ugh, I got a little writing done, but … I’m gum-stuck in the details.
I can’t decide whether to use a balance of Third Person Omniscient and Third Person Limited, (I mean having a sort of background narrator who puts in a little introduction at the beginnings of scenes/chapters, and who then defers to his characters’ own points of view sort of like in a movie … which, probably won’t even work.) or just Third Person Limited.
Which, I know sounds like I’m way overthinking it, but … it’s a stupid problem, really, but … ugh!
I’m not blocked, @bluejay , @dragon-snapper , and @daeus , I’m just stubuck. 😉

September 8, 2016 at 10:30 pm #17043I suppose I could always try the balancing thing and just cut out the omniscient parts later if they don’t work out …
