WHAT?? They call it a rabbit-bandicoot, not a nouse bandicoot. What about an echidna?
Yeah, I am π are you?

May 24, 2018 at 12:56 am #73129@seekjustice Sorry.Β I guess I am not a big fan of the mouse looking ears.
Yes, I am on pinterest with the same name as here.Β What about you?

May 24, 2018 at 1:02 am #73130Well, our snakes are that cute and crocodiles aren’t that cute and dingos aren’t that cute and funnelwebs and redbacks and goannas aren’t that cute…
Wombats are cute.
I’ll look you up π I think my username is ChelseaRH2163 or something like that.

May 24, 2018 at 1:25 am #73131@seekjustice @ariel-ashira I’m back.Β I want the bunny to go to sleep so I can write, but it’s jumping around like crazy and keeps asking for milk.Β One of my sisters, the one I usually talk about, went to get the bottle, and hopefully after it drinks it’ll calm down. π
But I am back, tentatively. π
Okay, SeekJustice, so…I always (or almost always) sing songs in context.Β It’s a game for me to find a song that’s relevant to what’s going on in my life.Β If I’m washing dishes I’ll sing a song about washing dishes, and if I’m feeling sad I’ll sing a sad song.Β If I’m in the car I’ll sing “Rolling Down the Road” and if I’m excited I sing “It’s a Lovely Day Today” or “It’s a Most Unusual Day.”Β Usually both, actually.Β So, that’s what I meant when I said musicals feel realistic.Β But you must do the same thing sometimes at least!Β You said if you did makeup you would sing “More Beautiful than Me,” didn’t you?Β Because it would be in context?
Anyway, the third reason is that I don’t like modern music.Β So, though a lot of the lyrics and stories from modern musicals are cool, since I dislike the music so much, I wouldn’t sing them or listen to/watch them.Β I like one or two songs from each, but that’s a big difference from liking nearly every song from the old musicals. π
So, there are my reasons.Β π
Oh, and Ariel, thankfully I don’t think the bunny is dying anymore.Β It just bit my brother’s computer and clicked the key to change the movie… π π π
"Sylvester - Sylvester!"
May 24, 2018 at 1:35 am #73132Well, when I do the dishes I’m probably going to be singing a song about the guillotine or something. π Actually I’ll sing whatever song happens to be stuck in my head. Not that I really know any songs about washing dishes anyway.
Then again, singing Castle on a Cloud while sweeping the floor is always appropriate.
Fair enough, π

May 24, 2018 at 1:58 am #73133@seekjustice Well, the dishes song is “Look For the Silver Lining” from the musical Sally.
And of course I also sing whatever song is stuck in my head! πΒ I do both.Β Today I was singing “Tell Him Anything” which of course is not at all relevant to anything that was going on! π
You should play the game I play with my baby sister, though.Β She’ll say a random word, and I’ve got to think of a song which contains that word.Β If she says “doorknob” I can sing the Shirley Temple “like a door and doorknob, like the hat on your knob,” and if she says “pillow” I can sing “Stop hiding behind your pillow, whenever the dawn looks gray.” πΒ It’s really fun.Β If you count points for whenever you can’t or can think of a song, it would be a fun contest to have with your siblings.

May 24, 2018 at 2:01 am #73134I feel like my sister and I could totally blitz that π

May 24, 2018 at 2:14 am #73135@seekjustice Is that Australian slang, or have I just never heard the expression before? πΒ I’m going to assume you think it’s a cool idea. πΒ Well, try it out sometime, and tell me if you like it!
I’m going to go now, because I still have one hand on the bunny to keep it warm and calm and it’s really hard to type with just one hand. πΒ I hope I’ll be able to get some sleep tonight, what with the bunny and all.Β You have horses, right?Β Have you ever stayed up at night with a sick horse or a new foal?Β Back when we had goats we had to stay up with the babies all the time. πΒ Anyway, goodnight!Β Hope to see you tomorrow!
"Sylvester - Sylvester!"
May 24, 2018 at 2:38 am #73139Its probably British. Since they’re the ones who got blitzed. It basically means we’d be really good at it.
Yeah, we got horses, unfortunately I’ve never had a foal π and I’ve thankfully never had to stay up all night with a sick horse.
Good night.

May 24, 2018 at 5:35 am #73148@seekjustice @rochellaine @jenwriter17 @kaya-young @daughteroftheking @all-the-remaining-kapeefers Even though I’m on a SE guild, I’m also here :/ I’ve been busy recently, so I haven’t even been spending time on either this place or SE. I agree that it’s sad that the Kingdom of Pen has been abandoned. AND (lol) I also know how to both knit and crochet. Unfortunately, my knitting needles are wooden and rather blunt. xD
@alia When you say declaring war against SE, you don’t also mean the Saxon Scribes, do you? πWhy don’t we create a forum thread and tag as many “traitors” as we can remember? We can write comic poems or do a story and tag people in the process π

Hello from a traitor π
I’m quite impressed by your declaration of war, seeing as we have a large group of vibrant warrior writers over in our guilds at Story Embers. But you can make it up in spirit π
XD XD π The story about you guys staying here while the world grows cold and grey… actually was kind of touching. Stan is now berating me for not being more active here…
STAN, it was never my intention to leave–OW
Actually, I haven’t been overly active on either forum lately due to loads of other stuff in life. π
I’ll pop in from time to time and bring you knitters some cinnamon rolls and ask you how the war is coming… by the way do you want me to announce your declaration over on Story Embers?

Also, Daeus has 22 turtles in his signature.May 24, 2018 at 9:16 am #73154@gh24682468999Β Β What a lovely idea!
@sam-kowalΒ First of all, thank you, and I think that might sound like a good idea, but I would askΒ @rochellaine because she is wise about such things. πThe Kingdom has been torn asunder...
http://www.encircledbygrace.com/May 24, 2018 at 9:24 am #73155@gh24682468999 @sam-kowalΒ Its been so long I almost forgot your tags, but I am enormously happy to see you!Β I won’t call you a traitor if you are still on our side.Β Don’t declare war openly yet.Β See what @rochellaine says for sure.Β She wrote the declaration anyway.

May 24, 2018 at 9:52 am #73158@rochellaine How is the Declaration coming?
A couple months ago, Josiah said “You all are the bestisest people on the bestisest place on the internet”.Β Wonder how he feels now?
"In a mask, was he?"
May 24, 2018 at 10:21 am #73162@gh24682468999…ummmm…Oh look, there’s a tree in the front yard
@sam-kowal, y’all might have more, but we belong to an older Kingdom and therefore must be wiser in military strategy. You teach him a lesson Stan!
