Wow! Sounds creepy. I do not know much about the fallenβ¦

February 6, 2025 at 8:59 am #197312Okay! I will tell you! Then it will make sense! There are many different races in TKOK, the normal humans, but then there are also animal humanoid races, like the Paradalis, Arraia (UH-HIGH-UH), Eidechse. (I-DECK-SUH) and many others! Only the non-human races can become fallens, how to become a fallen is simple, there are two ways of becoming one, naturally, or unnaturally. Either way it is not a good thing. The natural way is harder to succumb to, it is where, if you are overcome with a negative emotion. Say if the person is overcome with grief, wrath, hatred, depression, or any other powerful negative emotion. Because if they are just upset, joyful, angry, or any other more simple emotion, that is positive, they are safe for now. But the unnatural way is a bit more creepy, they give them self up, they fully allow them to become a fallen, either they aren’t in the right state of mind, lied to, or just a plain psychopath!
But what is a fallen? Well a fallen is the corrupted version of somebody. if you become a fallen, like similar to the virus, you powers are increased, but you are a straight animal now, no longer any human left in you. Example: For the Eidechse, they are lizard’s who can walk in fire without even a scratch. But when they fall, the Eidechse becomes venomous, they only have a hunger for fresh meat, and can climb on walls and ceilings. And they only listen to one person, the one Fallen who can control himself. The fallen king.
Is there a cure? Yes and no. The only cure is this nearly extinct flower, it’s only found in desserts, and finally, you can only heal someone of they are becoming a fallen in the natural way, so… once they make the choice, there is no coming back.
How is it related to P.I.C.A.F.E? Okay, so basically Elles’ father used to be a citizen of Kaimor, he was a famous scientist, trying to figure out a forever cure to the fallen. He broke many rules, like how (You are allowed to leave the kingdom, but under heavy surveillance,) He went out of the kingdom, he said to study how the rest of the world makes cures, but illegally he brought stuff back. He was let off with a warning, but when he found a way to control the fallen with his new technology, he also found a way to make humans into fallens. Well King Emmanuel did not want this, so he banished the scientist from the kingdom! And he brought everything with him… even the new virus… So yeah!
Sorry if that seemed like a lot π .

February 6, 2025 at 9:38 am #197316Cool, all your WIPs sound neat! So are TKOK and P.I.C.A.F.E. set on this earth? Β How does that work with the fantasy elements?
If I had ever learnt, I should have been a great proficient.

February 6, 2025 at 9:44 am #197317Here is the thing, TKOK is on an island, separated from the world, they still have magic, creatures, and races that have been long wiped out on the rest of the earth. They do have some enemies, because they do not take up the whole island. Any way, it is illegal to have any aircraft, boats, or people near those islands, nobody knows why, not even the government, but they choose not to investigate. But a long time ago Kaimor used to be connected to the world, until the wars broke out, they wished not to become involved with the wars, and they seemingly disappeared. Well for the most part.
