@Daeus Are we speaking of the apothecary Ed got the potion from?
*is probably geeking out about something*
April 11, 2017 at 2:29 pm #30052@Daeus I can think of several backstories that could have happened to him and I do NOT want to hear about them… XD
It is amazing though. Just goes to show how crucial it is to understand the functions themselves and not the stereotypes.
April 11, 2017 at 2:29 pm #30053@graciegirl Yep.

April 11, 2017 at 2:29 pm #30054@Kate-Flournoy I saw it in the theatres when it first came out, but that was before I was in to stories, character development, etc.. I have to be honest that I didn’t think it lacking in any of those areas at the time. (I would’ve analyzed it last time we watched it a month or two ago but my brother and sister are super tired of my tearing literary and cinematic works to bits so I refrained. XD) And I can’t say the high notes were the best (alto here, hello), but I loved the music all the same. I will be singing Do You Wanna Build a Snowman for the rest of the day now. But come on, @Dragon-Snapper, you gotta love Anna! And Olaf too. But ANNA. True she’s hopelessly gullible and naΓ―ve, *cough* Hans *cough*, but seriously.
She’s on the list of movie characters my dad wants to have over for dinner. Yes, that’s a thing. It’s a mental list, but that’s still a thing.*is probably geeking out about something*
April 11, 2017 at 2:34 pm #30055@kate-flournoy I guess this means the INFJ defeated the ENFJ. Well, what do you know? I never thought it could have happened. π

April 11, 2017 at 2:36 pm #30056@GracieGirl ha! I need one of those lists… *starts to scribble it down**realizes they’re all villains* Um… never mind. XD
@Daeus yes! Who would have thought it? *grins*April 11, 2017 at 2:37 pm #30057Wait, what? Who is this apothecary?
@graciegirl I dug my heels in about a month or two after seeing it. Anna…no. She’s so jumpy. She’s a red-haired version of Rapunzel. And I am a rebel.β β β ENFP β β β
April 11, 2017 at 2:43 pm #30058@Daeus Tbh, I find it a little hard to be sure from what little of him was in the book, but if you think so I’m willing to bet he is. After all, if anyone is gonna know, it’s the person who created the character. π But I agree with @Kate-Flournoy, there are several backstories possible for him, none of which I want hear. Ew. XD

April 11, 2017 at 2:47 pm #30059@Daeus though I have noticed that when INFJs go into fanatic mode like that they get a little hardened. π
@Dragon-Snapper I rebel. π Anna may be jumpy but to me that’s part of the reason I liked her. Just sayin’.April 11, 2017 at 2:52 pm #30061@Dragon-Snapper *throws hands in the air helplessly* You don’t like Rapunzel?!? I don’t even know what to say to that. π
@Kate-Flournoy Ahsoka from the Clone Wars and Rey are on the list as well. Hmm…my family seems to have a thing for Star Wars…. Dad put Jyn on the list too and that was all well and good until I remembered that that’s not even possible. (Like it was ever possible to have a fictional character over for dinner in the first place XD)
@Daeus Edwin’s an INFJ? Coolio. Now that I can definitely see.*is probably geeking out about something*
April 11, 2017 at 2:59 pm #30066@graciegirl Now, I never said I didn’t like Rapunzel…(though I do prefer Flynn Ryder) I do like Rapunzel, but I think that Anna is too much like her. (copy and paste) π

NF. Check. Think of how he talks with Edwin. It’s very personal. He also sees things in universal terms, not hard facts. Definitely an NF.
E. He speaks readily. He doesn’t have a problem being in the major crowd at Tyburn. He just doesn’t feel introverted.
J. This is the function I’m least good at defining, but I think the fact that he seems to have a definite course he follows indicates this.
@dragon-snapper He’s a character from my novel. He’s interesting because the normal depiction of an ENFJ is one who wants to see others succeed whereas this character wants to see another’s downfall, but he’s still beyond doubt an ENFJ.π’π’π’π’π’π’π’π’π’π’π’π’π’π’π’π’π’π’π’π’π’π’
April 11, 2017 at 3:24 pm #30069@Daeus the basic difference between J and P is that Judgers make life happen, while more often than not Perceivers let life happen and respond accordingly.
April 11, 2017 at 3:30 pm #30070@kate-flournoy Ah, you’ve mentioned that before, but this little ENFJ’s memory ain’t too good.

April 11, 2017 at 3:32 pm #30071@Daeus there won’t be a test. π
