I have played with the idea in the back of my mind of putting my programming skills to use and making another website similar to Kingdom Pen.
There are some things to consider though:
1. Websites cost money. Someone is going to have to pay for hosting and the domain name for this website.
2. We would need to find moderators for this.
3. Due to my limited experience, this could in the end be even more buggy.
On the other hand, if I tried to code a website, I could look into implimenting some features and bug fixes that have bothered me about Kingdom Pen. Here are some of the ideas that have crossed my mind:
1. Easier Story sharing: Instead of putting parts of the story in a chat, allow users to upload files such as pdfs, word documents, and images, and allow people to give their feedback underneath the file.
2. Parts of the website are available only to members, such as the forum.
3. Easier and more convenient navigation
What would your thoughts be on this?

I have absolutely zero ways of helping here, but I’m gonna stick around anyway cause this is interesting lol
also cause right now I have nothing else to do. My mom and brother are playing Jenga against each other in hopes of winning a goft card from Mom’s friend’s favorite pizza place, Mom’s friends are yakking like middle aged women like to do, and Cotton Eyed Joe can just barely be heard over the various conversations in the pizza shop. I think it’s a viable idea to make another website. I still think it would not be ideal, since we have so much history here and I’m assuming it would be difficult to move everything. But I’m not putting down the idea. Some of my irl friends had a roleplay that turned into a huge campaign, and they made a website for it.
