Traumatize him, but let him live!
Any salad can be a Caesar salad if you stab it hard enough.
March 19, 2025 at 2:56 pm #200346@ellette-giselle hey! don’t be like that, we can’t all be murdering a character every 10 seconds.
lol in case you’re wondering this is a joke, I’m not actually offended.

🤨 It’s not ever ten seconds. Drama!!!!

Besides, I said he can live. He just needs to be roughed up real bad.

March 19, 2025 at 3:04 pm #200356Seriously?? 🤣
Look, how many people have I actual killed? Like…. five. (not counting mass casualties of unknown characters in war. But those go without saying.)

What did I just come back to? Why do you all want me to beat up Everett? 🥺

March 19, 2025 at 3:44 pm #200370@ellette-giselle let me think……
I think it’s closer to ten actually.
It’s not so much the count as how close they are to each other. And everyone being dramatic about them, although that part isn’t exactly your fault lol

March 19, 2025 at 6:46 pm #200389Ten?!?!

Is it really ten? Wow!

March 19, 2025 at 6:49 pm #200390Everette has faith, and he seems like a strong character, but I can’t be sure! I want to see him put to the test, and I want to see him face consequences for that choice, even though he chose the right thing, and I want to watch him struggle through and stand firm in that!
Count it all joy, my brothers, when you meet trials of various kinds, 3 for you know that the testing of your faith produces steadfastness. 4 And let steadfastness have its full effect, that you may be perfect and complete, lacking in nothing.
James 1:2-4
I want to see that!!!

March 19, 2025 at 7:34 pm #200394@hybridlore I don’t WANT you to beat him up specifically.
I just want you to challenge him, like any good character.

March 19, 2025 at 8:12 pm #200397I count six that Ellette has killed…
but pretty much everyone in her books has almost died at least once.I want to see him put to the test, and I want to see him face consequences for that choice, even though he chose the right thing, and I want to watch him struggle through and stand firm in that!
I just want you to challenge him, like any good character.
I see. Well, hopefully it’ll deliver… I haven’t quite figured out everything that’s going to happen in the second book and everything. But there will definitely be challenges.

March 20, 2025 at 7:24 am #200405*smiles and nods* yes, put those characters through the fire, and we’ll see on the other side who were the true ones, and who were the pretenders. 🙃
SIX?!?!

Ya gotta give me names y’all!

March 20, 2025 at 7:42 am #200407Great!
Also… don’t hurt Everett please!!
Lol. Three of them want me to make him suffer 🤨 My plan hasn’t changed, though. There are challenges ahead, but more for Sara and Cole. And Alec.

Aaron, Turin, Prince, sick girl from the second book (Rose?), Conrad, and Adrian. That’s all the specific deaths I can remember.

March 20, 2025 at 7:46 am #200408Alec!!!!! *jumps up and down in delight* YES!!!!!!! Also, I am dying for a protective older brother moment somewhere. 😂
Oh, I forgot about the Prince. And you forgot about Liam. I guess those are deaths…… but I was thinking prominent characters. Aaron, Turin, Adrian, the Prince. Guys you’ve known a while.
