Yeah, the show is surprisingly good so far. I’ve enjoyed it. If you want to read the books, there’s some audiobooks for free on YouTube. I think the account is called Books Read Aloud or something.

Ummm my favorite is either Percy or Grover lol, I love them. And Annabeth. I can’t really choose, I love all three of them❤️😭And rn really the only other characters that I know of is like Dionysus, Chiron, Clarisse, and Luke😭 Oh and can’t forget Crusty 🤣😬🤭

Oof, um, I think I like Percy 🙃 Boring answer, I know, but his voice in the books is the most hilarious thing ever 🤣 Constantly making weird comments in his mind, and being that quiet yet goofy kid in the group.
There were a lot of Percy lines I wish were in the show! Like the “drowned in the bathtub” line in the underworld. But the show was fun regardless.
Weird thing, but – people say my writing is like Rick Riordan! Like what?? I can see it though, especially with my sense of humor. And Marcel is a demigod, so they just put two and two together and think I’m heavily influenced by Riordan. That’s not really true, because although I love his style, my siblings read him far more than I do since I got into highschool.

The writing style is very goofy and middle-grade, but it’s hilarious to read lol. The first series is great imo. Second series you get into some questionable stuff and it gets much worse in the third series. So really if you get overly involved in a series and want to know what happens next, it’s probably a bad idea lol. I read the whole thing because of that.

Like Ava said, the writing style is really fun and goofy, even during really serious scenes, which makes sense since it’s meant for kids. Some people might be bothered by that, while others might really enjoy it.
Also, the second series (Heroes of Olympus) starts getting a little bit woke and it gets worse in all the books after that. Idk what your views are on that, but just a warning. If you want to avoid that, I’d recommend just reading the original series and also I think the Kane Chronicles are good.

Yeah, I’ve never read past the original series for that reason.
And I try really hard to moderate which books my siblings get from the online library, but sometimes I’ll find something on their list that’s like… eeeehhhhh… maybe let’s send that one back 😅 It’s getting harder and harder to weed out problem books these days. I started reading a cute middle grade one time and wham! Not so much fun anymore.
