You should probably make sure you aren’t bedridden all the time – well, I don’t mean physically because if you can’t help it, you can’t help it. But making sure you get fresh air, or smell kitchen cooking, that sort of thing. I find that cheers me up.
I know you didn’t ask for advice, but there’s some volunteer words.

@whalekeeper Thanks girlfriend. I’m not bedridden all the time. I swim, and kayak, and do pullups…does it hurt, of course it does…but it doesn’t stop me.

That’s good! You’re so much more athletic than me even with your leg – I can barely do pushups in the morning. I guess that’s how it’s always been?

I’m thinking about starting jiu jitsu, because I want to love at least some kind of exercise too. Right now, I just can’t imagine enjoying that burn… lol
