@euodia-vision Well, for starters I came back from my doctors appointment Thursday evening; overall, the doctor said I was looking fine and gave me the go ahead to stop taking the heavier medication and he gave me the all clear to swim (which, I have no idea how that is going to work with a broken leg but my family and I are rigging up a few systems). He gave me a few stretches to do with my ankle movement; so many people focus just on their knee and leg for this injury and they forget that their ankle also needs movement otherwise you risk having it stuck there for the rest of your life. But the part that scared me the most was the fact I’ve lost 10 pounds within just three weeks; probably lost a total of 15-20 pounds throughout this whole ordeal. My weight is pretty low for my age, I’m currently at 93.2 pounds. So, that scared me a little bit; it is expected since I don’t move a lot, and my appetite has to a tendency now to vanish.
So, there’s a little update. I’ve been going outside more, walking around more with the crutches, and they are thinking the end of July for start of physical therapy and to start walking again (that is if they see enough bone growth).
Overall, I’ve been pretty good, but I’m still really tired and groggy and my mind still gets fuzzy and its very easy for me to get stressed.lost but not alone

Crutches sounds really hard! I’m glad you have some family to help you out though! <33 I wish I could tell you feel better soon but I know that kinda doesn’t help and you’ve probably heard it a hundred times already.

And actually, the crutches aren’t that hard…it’s more the tedious fact of them that drives me insane. You go sooooo slow! It just kills me inside, but ya know, healing is gonna be slow lol.

@mineralizedwritings They are very, very slow…at least for me they are because I can’t put any weight on my left leg 🙄 Oh well!!
