Hey everyone! I wanted to start a topic to pray for other writers. If you reply to this topic with a prayer request, I (and probably many others) will most certainly pray for you. It can be anything from struggling with a deadline, to something more serious outside of writing. Please request anything, but if you don’t feel comfortable requesting prayer for your personal life that’s fine. But if you do feel comfortable, we fellow writers and God are here for you all. ❤️❤️❤️

I do have a prayer request…

I am working toward independently publishing my debut novel–a YA superhero/scifi story–in July. Sometimes I can get pretty stressed and anxious about everything working out, wondering if I can get everything ready in time, wondering if the book will flop, what people will think, etc. I’d really appreciate prayer that God would quiet the anxious thoughts and that I would just rest in Him.

I’d like to ask a prayer request for my friend Maia, who is on my mind every day. She has depression and other mental health problems, and recently (just a few months prior) attempted suicide. She doesn’t believe the Lord cares for her. Honestly, I feel helpless to do anything for her besides pray, and I would really appreciate if others would join me. 💗
