Congratulations! I wasn’t able to do it really. I was able to do that short story, and work a little on my current Novel though, just not quite 50,000 words, lol!

He is perfect in Justice, yet He is perfect in Mercy, even when we fail Him. For this, He is good.

😓 Ehh… due to a lot of deleting and a massive mid-month story/plot change, I am still only around 7000 words…. unfortunately. I’ve kinda been hopping around in chapters, so many have been started… but only the first chapter is at a good/finished place.

At least you made progress, that’s really the important part. 😉

Um….how????? HOW IS THAT EVEN POSSIBLE???? I ONLY MADE IT TO 19K AND I’VE HAD THIS IDEA FOR LIKE A YEAR!!!!!

I did start  my novel over and made it to about 19K…how is 50K even possible???

Well, everyone writes at their own pace. I guess I just ignored any reason to procrastinate that I was giving myself, set aside a time to write, and wrote until I met my word count. 😅 (Which is… harder than it sounds at times. XD)

I was also really passionate about this idea. (Not that you’re not passionate about your novel). So I pushed through it and pushed through it. I would totally do it again if I could.

At least you got a good word count in!! (You could totally reach 50k, girl!!) I honestly think it’s better to make progress than reach a certain word count. Like, I think Whaley wasn’t exactly trying to reach 5ok, but she was taking the time to work on worldbuilding and characters, and stuff like that.

Your welcome! And yes, I am working on my WIP, I think I did around 30k in November and should be finishing up with the entire WIP this month!! (Not the editing part though 🙂 )

Of course! It’s a science fiction mystery about the crew of a ship that crashes on a jungle planet. The main character is the daughter of the ship’s pilot, who died in the crash.
