Btw, Iāve also found another version of that song by Filippa Giordano! Itās so cool and just a bit haunting, in a way, but gives me such a vibe!! I use it for another scene with Cecilyās momā¦sneaking around Cirqueā¦AHHH!!!
One of them isā¦though they donāt know this, have no idea where on AĆŗ she would possibly be, and no idea where to start looking if they even knew for sure she was aliveā¦ (and frankly Iām not sure where she is either XD)
The other sadly is deceased.
She was killed in a plot meant to murder her husbandā¦Cirque had already been inching (ok, majorly stepping) toward a very very dark corner. She and her husband were basically the only thing keeping it from making that full on turn, since her husband, at the time was still āCo-Rulerā he was just in the background.
After he death thoughā¦.
Wellā¦it totally fell into Zoltenās hands.

You canāt really do that when it comes to characters with traumatic backstories, ya know? You canāt really rate them against each other, because everyoneās experience is meaningful, especially because it happened to THEM.
But manā¦.Lyn went through some stuff, and sometimes I think it gets overlooked due to her personality (kinda like with people IRL.) I mean, I know what happened to her, but I just donāt know if other people realize the full weight of it all, like they do with some of my other charries. Even I think about it sometimes and Iām like *Exhaleā¦.geezā¦*
I meanā¦.itās rough yall š but her demeanor and attitude is legit SOOO uplifting. I adore her, because she is that character (Iām about to start crying lol) who shows you how strong you can be. How strong you are. That you can get through and overcome anything.
Another reason I want people to just have multiple characters to be able to connect to, because no one person is alike.

#ProtectSebHonestly, the reason I want people to connect with my characters is because I want my series to be about Overcoming, at its very core. Being More Then Conquerors, through Christ.
No matter the trauma or struggle, at its core I want this series to be about overcoming, whatever it may be.
All the themes surrounding it falls back to that one core element- Overcoming. Being Victorious.
