Aww, it’s Leon. I’m so glad my favorite has finally re-stolen your heart. Seriously. If you can concede to that much, I think I can like Riker as much as Leon.

First mood board in maybe a year. ;] I put it together quickly and it could use some rearranging and extra pictures, but this is a start. (All images from pinterest)

Thanks, y’allπππ
And yes, the quote references Aadelheide…I didn’t kill anyone else that’s special to Leon, I promise. (errr…that doesn’t mean that no one dies in Book 3 thoπ« so far at least 1 person dies in all 3 books, so uhhhh…yeahhhhh)
I am concerned about this βbroken itβ comment, lol.
Book 2 overall broke me. The book itself, scenes, Leon, Riker, etc.
Y’all ain’t ready for itπ΅βπ«ππ I wasn’t ready for it when I wrote it tbh XD
But it’s probably some of my best writing yet, and it was also used to piece me back together after it broke meππ π
I’m still so excited to share it once everything is ready and the time is right π
πΊπΆβ¨ well it's a little bit dangerous, my friend πΊπΆβ¨

December 21, 2024 at 7:41 am #192541OH. I. CAN’T. WAIT!
I think this must have to do with the name Leon. Years ago I wrote a medieval series and had a character named Leon. In his book (shared with his best friend Julian) I got pretty sad because it was pretty dark and rough. But the ending was great. lolol.
nice board!
A little creepy, but I love it!

December 21, 2024 at 11:47 am #192581@whalekeeper Hey it’s no face guy! Glad you found a name for him. Also the board is pretty. I love the black and white with the little pops of color
Have you drank water today?
December 21, 2024 at 2:20 pm #192628This is actually a different guy! But I’m glad you like the board. I had to manually go in and change a lot of things because I wanted only parts of some of the pictures to be colored.

How did you do that? I must know!

December 22, 2024 at 8:44 am #192666Sure! (: I use an art program called procreate, but this is probably possible on other programs too. I make two copies of the photo and overlay one on top of the other. I find a way to switch the bottom photo to black and white. Then I erase the parts of the top photo that I want to be uncolored, and merge the top photo into the bottom one. (I did this with the tank and fishbowl photos.)

So I’m not the only one who likes Leon best. π

December 23, 2024 at 8:44 am #192693Thx!
I use Procreate all. The. Time. These days, I do most of my art on there instead of traditional. There’s a bit of a learning curve, but it’s fun once you get the hang of it.

December 23, 2024 at 8:54 am #192696If you purchase the Apple app, it’s a one-time purchase of around $15.
I researched it and decided the best use for it would be on an Apple ipad and Apple pen, which are the expensive part of the deal. I saved up and bought all that for around $400… Yeeeaah, that’s where the money goes. XD
I’m not sure what other devices you can use the program on. Potentially you could hook up a plain drawing pad to a computer.
