I’ve studied French the most, so with that and the fact that it’s a romance language has made it the easiest. I haven’t been on top of the other ones as much as I would like to either. As for conlang influence, I actually don’t try to take any deliberate inspiration, trying to think creatively. That being said, when I speak it, most people point out that it sounds like a combination of French and Slavic, which I haven’t studied. So that kinda hints that I seem to draw a lot from French, but don’t mean to.

I wasn’t a writing person until I was like eight. Then I wrote a story about and electric eel called Tesla (had nothing to do with the car company), and then, when I was nine or ten, a Star Wars fanfiction where a bunch of characters decided to rent a boat and travel around a planet…..(wow you have no idea how silly that sounds now). After that, it really took off. When I was twelve, I self-published my picture book Rexy, and now I have six in the series!

Hi! My name is Sara but I go by Sarafini and I’ve always wanted to know a family member who writes (my sister did for a bit but she’s not a believer and she doesn’t write anymore). That’s pretty cool what you’re working on. How do you create a language? I think that’s so cool but I don’t think I could.

Thanks! I think anyone can make a language if they wanted to though, you just need to keep in my your purposes for making the language.
I’d love to work together on some of our WIPs! I’m big on cool and unusual sci-fi concepts.
As for your questions:
1. I am in fact homeschooled

3. …hmmmm, I feel like I’m trapped… If my friend wants to, I would be willing to do some sports, I would choose room otherwise though.
