      @whalekeeper lollllll

      I think I’m the oddest one out of my real life friend group, although I do have a friend who knows several ways to kill someone with a fork.

          All people are weird in their own way, some more dramatically than others. It’s the “normal” ones that usually scare me.

          Those are the kinds of people who are average and forgettable enough to be spies, you see.

          @loopylin

          Why thank you. Glad to be your local online conundrum ✨

          <3

          @ellette-giselle

          Loopy never seemed weird to me.

          Oh she’s weird alright, enough to be her own alien species. *Nods seriously*

          Funny thing, Whaley, I couldn’t make head or tale of YOU for forever!! Still not sure if i have. XD

          That’s alright, no worries. I get that a lot.

            Hmm, I will remember to choose a fork for a weapon next time someone throws me into a tournament.

              @ellette-giselle
              I’m glad.

              And I’m over here wondering if your cry of “crikey!” was just the first thing that came to mind or if you specifically chose it cause you thought I’d get a kick out of it.

              If the second is the case, your presumption was correct.

              If it’s the first and I’m over thinking it, ignore that.

                I love the word cricky, and it was the first thing that came to mind. I was going to substitute it with a more American option, but then realized you would be someone who could appreciate a good British/Australian exclamation, so I left it.

                A little if both I would say.

                  It;s not a bad thing! I love interesting people.

                  (I hope you didn’t take that wrong. when people say that to me it’s always in a not nice way. Sorry if I came across like that!)

                    The writerly urge to use random British expressions. XD

                    I, for one, really like Roman numerals.

                          Not as familiar with that one, and google search brought up nothing, but I’m guessing it means that’s good.

                              @ellette-giselle sounded like it!

                              I recognized “ace” from an Australian book series about dogs; the main dog character calls his mate that once or twice when he’s talking about her, implying that she’s the very best. It stands to reason that’d be a British thing too, and it certainly sounds like somethin that’d come out of the WWI time period.
