OH MY AVOCADO! I AM SO SORRY! I w as like… “Why are they taking longer than usual…?” I’m too impatient

I am a slow roleplayer at times, but it is not for lack of writing. I will reply eventually no matter what.

woah! Glad you’re better now!… Why were you chasing frogs…? XD

Thank you! …Cuuuuzz they were cute and squishy. I found them on the sidewalk by my car.

and also, not hate or anything… but why did you spell “mom” as “mum” (just an observation ^-^ )

Everyone mentions this! It’s because I rarely call my mother ‘Mom.’ I sometimes call her that in front of other kids, but never face to face with her. I call her Momma, Mamá, or Mommer. Referencing her as ‘mum’ feels more natural because I don’t like pronouncing ‘mom.’

The exhaustion is strong with this one

Ah! Okay! It’s fine! It will test my patience!

I would do the same :]

lol! Makes sense! Like how I call my dad, “pop!”

The purest kind of logic, right there.

Here. I’m waiting for Rae before writing more.

            Barnes

Barnes listened to the new version of Cassius for long enough to get the gist of what he wanted. She held out a small pen. “I am Barnes, a person you’ve met before, and this is a labyrinth. Write this on your arm, it might help.”

(yeah… this is gonna be the last thing I say before waiting for Rae to respond)

              Arnan and Prince Leander

Arnan took the pen. “What is… this?” He starred at the weird object in his hand. “Hm… I have to ask the same question.” Leander looked at the pen, then up at Barnes. She explained that it was a way to write things down. “oh… so what do you want me to do with this…?” he seemed still confused. Barnes told him to write down that he was in a labyrinth on his arm, and their names. Arnan did so. “Oh! I get it! So when Cassius and Trisan come back, they’ll know what’s going on!” Arnan smiled. “Wow! You’re so smart! But… I’ve never met you before.” Arnan scratched his head. “This is my first time meeting you…” He somehow sounded a little… hurt?

Thank you! …Cuuuuzz they were cute and squishy. I found them on the sidewalk by my car.

I had a sleep over with one of my close friends to celebrate her birthday, and at about 9:00-10:00pm, I heard peepers near her house in the woods (she has a lot of little swamps and stuff around her house), and i got the idea of going peeper frog hunting. she, of course, being a farm kid had gone frog hunting before, but never for peeper frogs, so we went out and caught some crazy number of peepers. Over ten, I think 12 or 14. Anyways, cute little boppers. We let them go after taking pictures.

This isn’t ne of the pictures we took, but this is a pic that shows them and their adorable size well:

That isn’t a baby, that is an adult. Yeah, really small. and cute!

                    Okay, I’ll rp now.

                    The Protector —Gabriel

Gabriel ignored the new craziness, choosing to respond to Barnes. “I’m not a native of here, at least, I don’t think so, but this creature is similar to the monsters we have where I come from. My duty at home is to fight and kill those monsters, so I have naturally studied them. Though, I confess, this creature is different in a few ways, beginning with it’s pathetic size,”—He called it pathetic even though the creature was about the size of a full-grown cougar—”Black blood instead of blue, it’s body temperature being normal, lacking one extra tale, and the scales are a different color. Not to mention, the blood doesn’t evaporate. Not sure if the saliva is poisonous or not, but I assume no, since that’s a trait usually the direwolf monsters have.”

lol I spell it as “mom” but when I speak it sounds more like “mum” most of the time.

This may have something to do with the fact that I write more than a few British or Australian characters, where saying it like that is common.

It also might be just the way I talk.

(sorry for taking a while 😅)

THEY ARE SO SO SOOOO CUTE! froggy <3  I love the little Kermits! There is a frog that is the size of a fingernail!!!!!

                            Arnan and Prince Leander

“So what is our goal? How do we escape this maze?” Arnan looked at Gabriel. “We have to find these weird purple crystals or something.” Leander shrugged. “Oh…” Arnan adjusted his little jester crown. “Well… We should move on then!” Arnan started off. “Uh… I guess he’s right.” Leander shrugged again, and followed Arnan.

“By the way, I think we should watch out for those purple roots!” Arnan said, he pointed to one as he walked by it. “Why?” Leander looked down at it. “Because! Out of all the stories I have read, purple is not a good color!” Arnan kept marching on. Leander poked his finger at it. He then touched it with his hand… Suddenly, the root wrapped around his arm, and started pulling him down into the earth.

“AHH! HELP!” Leander scratched at the root. He reached for his knife, but dropped it, and was pulled away from it. Arnan spun around “Leander!” He ran up, and started slicing at the root with his sword, but another one came up, and grabbed his leg. “Yikes!” Arnan started slicing at the one grabbing his leg… but more and more kept coming.

                                  The Protector—Gabriel

Gabriel sighed. His blades manifested over his hands, and slashed Leander and Arnan free, also cutting the vines that threatened to grab him. But as he cut one, two more would burst from the ground or the fog, like many groping hands. Gabriel kept going, his speed unmatched. Eventually, he stopped, looking around at the many, many more vines. “I’ve had enough of this. Leander, Arnan, Cassius, whoever-you-are, run. I’ll take care of the vines, and make a way for your escape, but I can’t have you standing here.” Gabriel continued to slash at the vines.
