      This is true. I feel that Master of the Mountain had very random focus episodes, so Cole didn’t get as much story besides leading the quest. But I loved his mother’s lore.

      Hot take (actually this is more of an unknown take): Sons of Garmadon and Hunted were great seasons for Cole specifically.

      Oh boy, yes, some of us do. XD I have a lego set from the movie on my mantelpiece.

      There has been no news for Silksong for today...

        Oh, yes, my brothers and I, we got so. many. Ninjago. LEGOs.

        But we took them all apart now for pieces (and because you literally couldn’t walk on our basement flood) so we have, like, fifty ninja heads lying around. Lol.

        If I had ever learnt, I should have been a great proficient.

          I haven’t actually watched either of these seasons all the way through. I know they are considered some of the best of Ninjago, and from what I know of them, Lloyd is pushed through some very interesting character development, but I don’t like the Oni and the Garmadon resurrection. (One problem I wish Ninjago didn’t have is that it’s best seasons have the most content concerns.)

          @highscribeofaetherium

          There are a lot of teens/adults who still follow the show from their childhood.

          I got Ninjago City + Ninjago City docs on my desk next to me.

          But maybe we should take this conversation elsewhere before Ducktator kicks us off.

            So many legos… *Nods* Our first exposure to Ninjago came from an old garage sale set. It was Jay’s jet/airplane thingy and one of the Fangpyre soldiers.

                Yeah, that’s pretty much why I still watch it. Nostalgia, plus to cringe at the recent seasons :p

                  *swishes cloak dramatically* After a very busy weekend and then getting sidetracked by a good book, I have returned.

                  @hybridlore

                  So, each of the six MCs in the main one do have their own POV. The series is fantasy, which does seem to allow for more MCs, and as of right now I don’t know how long it will be. I’m using 3rd person. I’ve never much liked 1st person books with multiple narrators because I tend to mix up who’s speaking. I think I can keep up with 6 MCs, and I probably won’t add more. I might combine 2 of them, but probably not. I like them too much.

                  @highscribeofaetherium

                  I’m thinking that both books would be YA. The 11 MC one is dystopian, and I can probably prune it down to only 5 MCs…I don’t want to delete characters though. *sob* Maybe they’ll just have less important roles. Or maybe they’ll die.

                    I can keep track of them.🙂

                    @ellette-giselle

                    I like books with multiple POVs, but I do get what you mean. One book I was working on had close to 20 POV characters, who all had their own subplots. I ended forgetting a lot of what was going on, and couldn’t keep track of who was who.😂 If I ever get back to that one, the number will be trimmed significantly.

                      Sounds good. Third person makes it a lot easier to keep track.

                              @linus-smallprint

                              Wheel of Time is on my to read list. My characters are separated into groups/by themselves at the moment, but they are going to meet up at some point in the not so distant future. I think there are two together, and the other four are alone somewhere, but two of them will meet up shortly.

                              How does character B’s plot impact character A’s? Does she provide a different perspective on A’s problem, or does she cause something to happen to help/hinder A?

                              I think this is what went wrong in my last novel. I had so many random characters with random sideplots that had nothing to do with anything. I might write that question on a sticky note and stick it to my WIP.

                              What is Ninjago anyway??? I’ve heard the name but I honestly have no clue what it is.😅

                                  It’ll probably be longer than 60k, but I’m not sure yet. The 11 MC one can probably have some made into side characters, but the 6 MC one I think will all still be main characters.

                                  @whalekeeper

                                  Ah, yes. Groups following irrelevant plot threads. Another thing I did in my last novel attempt.😅 I shall definitely try to avoid that this time around. A MAIN main character is a good idea. I already sort of have one, though she’ll probably die, and I’m not sure what I’ll do after that.😅😭 I’m about to reread Stormlight, and I’ll have to pay attention to the things you mentioned.
