Hello hello! My name is Caitlyn, I love writing fiction and short stories. I also love reading, writing, and most importantly, my Heavenly Father and Jesus!
A few questions that hopefully haven’t been asked…
1. Favorite book?
2. Swimming or gymnastics?
3. Favorite color?
Nice to meet you @gold_hummingbird ! Nice tag, by the way:)
January 14, 2023 at 12:33 am #129114Good to know! Thanks! XD I hope everybody doesn’t think I’m ignoring them . . . I really like Where No One Goes too!

Thank you!
1. I really like the False Prince, by Jennifer A. Nielsen.
2. Definitely swimming, although I used to do Gymnastics.
3. My favorite color is in a battle between orange and purple. I can’t decide. XD
How about you?

My favorite book is The Hiding Place, though I really like a lot of others, like Unbroken and A Night Divided (I think that one’s by Jennifer Nielsen?)
Actually, that next question is my own random creation… I don’t do either!! My favorite color is purple!!
January 14, 2023 at 5:50 pm #129154@gold_hummingbird You write fanfiction? And dragon books? And halfhuman/half animal characters? Yesssss! I write wayyy too many of all of those.
I love HTTYD too! Also a book series called Wings of Fire, which is about dragons. The later books get ehhh in terms of clean content though.
I am currently working on a ten-book Star Wars fanfic, where the characters are half human/alien and half dragon. Only the fourth and first books have any amount of material. I need to get the first one onto an actual document, because right now it’s just scattered chapters.
And a picture so you can see what I mean:
Self-drawn cover for my current work. Not bad, but it needs improvement.
Where'd I get ya this time? The liver? The kidney? I'm runnin' outta places to put holes in ya.
January 14, 2023 at 6:45 pm #1291570. We met each other a few days ago, during a Crazy Writing Week that is currently going on. It was @godlyfantasy12 who actually told me about Kingdom Pen.
So cool! I briefly considered doing CWW, but then I was like: no, my schedule is already full. Lol. I write in the afternoon, and that is when lots of the extracurricular things that we do happen.
1. I love cats.
Awesome! Dogs are obviously my preference, but cats are awesome too. 😉
2. My dream vacation would probably be to either go to Hawaii or Germany.
Oooh! Hawaii! That would so fun! And Germany! That would be pretty great too. My dream vacation would be to tour Europe (as in, France, England, Germany, Ireland, Scotland, Italy, Spain, and most of the well-known countries.)
3. I love fruits better. 😉
Same here. 🙂
4. Honestly, I really admire Jennifer A. Nielsen and Gordon Korman. They both have such amazing books that you just can’t put down.
I’m on the last book of Nielsen’s Ascendence Series! It’s really good! I’ve also read one of her historical fiction novels, and I plan to read more. I’ve never heard of Gordon Korman. What has he written?

January 20, 2023 at 9:18 pm #129575Hello! I thought I’d just pop in and say hi! I was on CWW too, you might have seen me around. At any rate, I’m Felicity on here, a homesteading authoress and follower of Jesus. Unfortunately I don’t have anything published yet but maybe someday. Your fanfic stories sound interesting!
I enjoy writing Historical Fiction, especially about Poland, and also some medieval stories with things like knights, ships and sealed letters in them.
I’ll see you around! Have a wonderful weekend and God bless!
He must increase, but I must decrease.
January 21, 2023 at 10:50 am #129584Hi! That sounds amazing! Although, historical fiction has never really been for me. I did try it once. XD But I love reading about medieval stories, like Ivanhoe.
January 21, 2023 at 5:03 pm #129620@gold_hummingbird I actually have never read Ivanhoe, but I want to at some point.
