1. I love pasta of any kind, and I’m half Mexican so obviously I love beans, tortillas, and anything spicy. I love almost all desserts! I definitely have a sweet tooth.
2. My two favorites are Paul, Apostle of Christ and Son of God. I also love Hallmark movies!
3. Another hobby of mine is I love to draw and sketch. I have a huge sketchbook where I do lots of pencil sketches and make them as detailed as I can when I have the time.

Thank you so much! I’ve just finished the first draft of my WIP and am now working on the second draft. The first draft ended up coming to around 120K words.

Your WIP sounds interesting! I haven’t read much as far as biblical fiction is concerned, only Ben Hur, which I loved, Twice Freed (a story about the slave Onesimus mentioned in the book Philemon) which i liked, and The Bronze Bow, which was ok.
I myself write primarily in the speculative fiction genre.
What do you like to draw? I enjoy drawing my characters and trees, along with abstract doodles.

Thank you! I have always loved the story of Onesimus, by the way. The book of Philemon is just so full of love and acceptance.
I like drawing mostly animals, although on occasion I’ll draw people. Ooh, that’s cool you draw your characters!
Yes, my dog is named after Scout from the book, and I wanted a fake e-mail for writing websites and such so my personal account wouldn’t be bombarded, and my Dad had to do it and he used Scout’s name, so I just decided to let it be my username and contact photo on here.

I’m hoping that the second draft will be shorter, because I’m concerned my word count might be a bit too high for a teen read. I do think I’ll be doing a lot of trimming because there were quite a few unnecessary little storylines and scenes that don’t impact the story in any way.

My two favorite authors are Harper Lee and Marjorie Holmes, but I also love Lucy Maud Montgomery, John Piper, John G. Paton, David Brainerd, and E.B. White.
I don’t have any pets, although I would love to. Our house is too small for anything like a dog or cat, sadly.
