May 22, 2024 at 7:53 pm #179903Ok, I do need help XD
I’m trying to decide on a name for a new side character in one of my (many) WIPs.
He will be a 15-16 year old German boy that is a member of the Hitler Youth (it’s a WW2 his-fic). He’ll be fairly quiet, insecure, but will still stand up for himself and others when needed. He’ll likely be involved in the redemption arc of one of the MCs, and needs a first name. π
So his name could/will be:
(Blank) Hans Achterberg

- Kaspar
- Gustl
I’m sorry I don’t have many ideas either. π There is a wikipedia page full of German names though… maybe that could help…?

May 25, 2024 at 10:05 pm #180040I got a souvenir rubber duck from the Philadelphia mint. He is holding dollar bills in one wing, and gold in the other. Does anyone have any money or wealth related name suggestions for him?

Devote reddamus!May 30, 2024 at 3:26 pm #180216I have a family with eight kids, and a lot of them need names. Preferably old and odd Christian ones. There are four girls and four boys. So far the girls are Joy, Michaela, and Perpetua, but I need one more. One boy will be named Athanasius, and the others will probably be three of these: Malachi, Ezekiel, Gamaliel, Emmanuel, Raphael, or Melchizedek. Eliakim and Nahum are possible, but unlikely. So, suggestions for the remaining girl, and favorites of the boy names would be great.

*cue Loopy autistic info dump*
ok ok so you know who Donald Duck is right? He has three nephews who are triplets that Disney made a comic book series about a while ago. Donald also has a Scottish uncle named Scrooge Mcduck and he’s the richest duck in the world. There’s a bunch of other characters too, and they all go on a bunch of treasure hunting adventures together and it’s really fun.
There’s the original comics, the old cartoon from the 80’s, and a newer cartoon which is pretty good too. And there’s a bunch of spin off shows, but they aren’t good imo.
Anyway, yeah. That’s Ducktails. :]

May 30, 2024 at 3:43 pm #180218For the girl, maybe Selah? I used to know a girl with that name. Idk if I spelled it right.
And for the boys, my favorite three are Raphael, Eliakim, and Malachi
