@dragon-snapper I know you just signed off, but I was pretty determined to figure this out. Go ahead and ignore this post till morning, and hopefully it will help you when you try then! 🙂 Okay, so I think you’ve been trying to follow @Bluejay’s instructions, right? I found that they didn’t work in my situation and I kept getting really long links too. So here’s what has been working for me:

1. I click ‘change profile picture’ in my profile.
2. I select my file and arrange the crop the way I want it but I DO NOT CLICK ‘crop image’
3. I then right click the photo shown in the preview and select ‘inspect’ or ‘inspect element’
4. A bunch of meaningless gibberish pops up in all sorts of funny colors.
5. Somewhere in the jumble I see <img src= ‘http//kingdompen.org/……….etc. This part is underlined.
6. I right click that underlined bit and select ‘copy link address’
7. I open a new tab and then paste that link in the img box

This is what works in my case, and it’s not quite the same as the other instructions, I think. One thing to note is that, for me at least, the link never says URL anywhere. *crosses fingers* I hope this helps! 🙂

That’s how you upload to pinterest, this is just another picture to show you how to upload to KP through pinterest. This is how I do it, at least. I usually do it on a secret board, so I can only see mine, though.
