Lillen will probably work as the setting no matter what. At most we might need to make a dew tweaks.
I think everyone can choose whether or not to use the characters they had or new ones. Regardless, we would start with them just arriving.
The plot probably needs to be changed. It’s kind of a recipe for boredom, because it forces us to go through scenarios that can easily get repetitive. I think that to some extent, planning was the downfall of the previous RP. I think it’s more interesting when everything is fairly open ended.
What about this idea: Lillen is under siege. The characters will be given tasks that require them to move around the city doing various things. That way we can just kind of make things up for them to do on the fly and we don’t have to decide too much up front.
