March 24, 2023 at 9:01 am #138224did you use a program for creating your maps, or did you just draw them digitally?
I use Google drawings for almost all art I do. It’s a vector art program, but almost everything you see is done by hand, like the coastlines and glyphs and stuff. Thanks for asking!

March 24, 2023 at 3:21 pm #138264@kyronthearcanin I’ve done a couple map ideas, but not really drawn many yet. I should though–I have some worlds that’d work perfect!

July 15, 2023 at 9:18 pm #151037The Land of Miska. . . Well, where do I begin?
(At the beginning Mr. Black Mongoose!)
Okay, but that’s not as easy as it sounds. You see, I may be Miska’s finest historian to date, but even I don’t know how far back Miska’s past goes. Some time, far back in the past, the world in which Miska resides was created by an all knowing, all powerful, and benevolent Maker. After that, well, I have only come across about 300-400 years of charted history. In the Tine Mountain the wolves may have a dusty parchment somewhere that holds more of the tale than I have been able to aquire, (Perhaps, the tines had a written language?)
You will love what you spend time with.
July 15, 2023 at 9:47 pm #151044Interesting! Are you developing a wolven tongue? How would that work? And would their potential on parchment writing system be written with some utensil, or their paws in a kind of cuneiform?

This is my favorite map to date!! It’s not from any WIP of mine, but I just wanted  to draw it.

@highscribeofaetherium Whoa!! You should make a WIP based off of that or add it to an existing story.Where'd I get ya this time? The liver? The kidney? I'm runnin' outta places to put holes in ya.

July 16, 2023 at 5:09 pm #151079The wolves already have a written language which I believe is write with a quill pen (Sadly, I don’t know how to read it.) There are some rumors that the language is actually Old Nettle, but I, personally, highly doubt this. The wolves also have their own spoken language, but they tend to use the common tongue when conversing around most other creatures (Unless the wolves want what they’re saying to remain strictly confidential.)
You will love what you spend time with.
