@Kate-Flournoy Siri is the Apple iPhone and iPad personal assistant. The voice that comes on when you hold the phone’s home button down. 😉

*is probably geeking out about something*
February 18, 2017 at 7:30 am #25973You feel someone rifling through your purse, and turn around to see a Wyvern taking off with your phone and wallet.
February 18, 2017 at 7:46 am #25974@GracieGirl aha. That explains why I didn’t know that; I don’t know a thing about phones. I’m a bit of a technological dinosaur. 😉
@R-J-Wordsmith no idea what Wyvern is either but that’s a lovely prompt and I can definitely use it. Thanks. 🙂February 18, 2017 at 7:49 am #25975A wyvern is like a very small dragon, except its wings are attached to its arms, like a bat.
February 18, 2017 at 7:56 am #25979@R-J-Wordsmith @Daeus oh, thanks! That actually does sound pretty cool. I like it. *grins*
February 18, 2017 at 7:57 am #25980… where did @Daeus go? There was… he tagged me and gave me the definition of a wyvern. What just happened? 😛
February 18, 2017 at 8:57 am #25982@kate-flournoy I’m right here. What, did you think I got kidnapped by wyverns or something?

February 18, 2017 at 8:59 am #25983New prompt: You have just been kidnapped by wyverns, how do you escape?
February 18, 2017 at 9:03 am #25984@Daeus no. You tagged me with a definition of a wyvern and now I don’t see that post anywhere on this thread.
You wake up in the middle of the night to a strange beeping noise. Your phone lies on the table next to your bed, with four words flashing across the screen, thick and fuzzy through heavy static: ‘YOU ARE NOT ALONE’.
Your phone rings as you’re making your way downtown for a meeting scheduled for a small cafe at the end of the street. A muffled voice that sounds strangely like your best friend whispers ‘Stop right where you are.’
The next instant the cafe at the end of the street explodes.February 18, 2017 at 9:25 am #25985@kate-flournoy My amazing dissapearing act.
No, really, I just deleted my post because I saw Rebecca had already answered it. Not really necessary, but whatever.

February 18, 2017 at 9:28 am #25986@Daeus okay. I figured it was something like that. 😉
Mkay guys, new topic. How about… doors?
The door in the side of the mountain had been painted a bright new shade of pink.February 18, 2017 at 11:51 am #25995The door in in itself, was not unusual. However, the fact that it was standing by itself in the middle of a field was.
February 18, 2017 at 12:05 pm #25996Not only had the gigantic mirror in the bathroom been pushed aside revealing a massive oaken door, but the door was open.
Or: The instant before the door was opened, it was still closed.

“This is it.”
“Are you sure? Because last time I checked my little sister’s bedroom door was not the entrance to a portal.”February 18, 2017 at 2:22 pm #26002The door swung open, and the clocks stopped ticking.
